Born in northwestern Argentina with Hispanic and Syrian-Lebanese roots, Nayaim composes his music on different planes: inwardly the sensory, silence, self-perception, and kindness stand out. Outwards the sense of community, body language, empathy and dance. Because of his heterogeneous origin, Nayaim resorts to acoustic, synthesized, native and modern instruments paying particular attention to the atmosphere and the rhythmic ride, his music is timeless, deep, vibrant. In jíbaro Nayaim is heaven, a place of eternal happiness where the soul is in fullness.

Awaken Hearts Vol.2
I’m part of Awaken Hearts Vol.2, the new compilation by Cosmic Awakenings, bringing together 27 pieces from artists around the world in a sonic journey that bridges cultures, landscapes, and stories.
Among them, I had the pleasure of co-creating “Phantasmagoria” with the talented Waseem Sakhi.
From the mountains of Argentina to the plains of Pakistan, a sound as old as the earth itself is being reborn.
Blending acoustic and electronic textures, this track brings together the rubab’s Middle Eastern essence, congas and tumbas that move like heartbeat, flamenco claps that echo through the dust, and an acoustic bass that holds it all with soul and depth.
It’s a piece that feels both rooted and free — grounded in ancestral energy, yet flowing naturally across continents, moods, and memories.
Grateful to share space with artists like Akuba & Arsen Mari, Alexander Barabash, BVILA, Sajh, DÂNTE, i.am.nâda, Cyma & Ekoa, Basement Radio, Amelisa, Ben & Vincent & Pavlo Treba, Seventh Soul, Red Circle, Tamer ElDerini & Wael Anwar “The Violin Man”, Le’Gram & Tania She, Kebi, Arteriam, Magisus & Yula Elysian, Last Gentleman On Playa, Goraab, Darío Santana, DJ Phellix, AXL & Amir Sheykh, Manumat, Waae, Gilarden, Latif Pekcan, KIII Rodríguez & Julian Luna, Gursahhh & JR. Melon, Wisqo, Lemurian & Apelika.

EP
The album “Huaico Hondo” is available, a landscape that unfolds without limits, intertwining the waters of the Khabur, a witness to my Syrian ancestors, with the Huaico, evoking my childhood in the Jujuy valley. It is a tribute to the roots, the dissolution of borders, the unity of souls where dimensions were not defined.
Talented friends like Nelson 🇦🇷 and Fabi Yond 🇩🇪 have created reinterpretations that exceed the boundaries of beauty, a monument to the subtle.
Thanks to the team at Tatacoa sublabel of Wayu and Juanma Salinas for inviting me to embark on this journey from their home.
